Amazon Senior Program Manager, Amazon Customs and Trade Program & Product in Arlington, Virginia

Description

The Amazon Customs and Trade Program & Product team is expanding footprint, services, and solutions to support our expanding client base. Join the dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager and put your customs brokerage, international trade and/or trade consulting experience to work creating a trade advisory offering for international traders globally.

In this role you will be responsible for the health of relationships with key clients, maintain key commercial relationships, ensure that customer needs are met and communicate client needs to product managers so development aligns with client expectations. You will be responsible for finding ways to delight our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
