We are seeking a technically orientated enthusiast to join our Lenovo Premier Support team. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in overcoming their technical challenges with your wide range of IT knowledge. Your tasks:
Responding to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
Explaining technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through professional service
Documenting customer inquiries and solutions in our ticketing system
Your profile:
A strong interest in IT and a basic understanding of technical concepts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is a plus
English on B2 level and German B2 level

Applicable to Slovak candidates only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.850 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services.
