Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity? Join our TEAM! We are currently looking for a talented team player to assist our Senior Account Executives with their daily tasks as well as provide additional support for other office personnel with billing, filing, data entry, etc.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls in a pleasant, courteous, and efficient manner
• Sort, match, and input daily postage records and gain an understanding of the shipping system.
• Expertise in Excel for the purposes of monthly billing to clients and manipulating excel files with order information to be uploaded to OMS.
• Work in OMS to set up kits, inventory, and details regarding the job.
• Assist in setting up jobs in production and inspect the jobs as they are being processed.
• Participate as a key team player by supporting operations as needed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update when necessary.

General Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Positive and upbeat attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
