Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate must possess excellent clerical and organization skills, including computer-keyboarding skills and competency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Candidate must have the ability to learn other record keeping and tracking systems including (but not limited to) Work Management System, Customer Project Management System, and Project Center.
Individual must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and telephone skills for frequent interaction with internal and external customers.
The selected candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, as required.
Duties will include but are not limited to logging and tracking information on systems, preparing letters and memos, compiling various status reports, maintaining current files of maps, plates, etc., maintaining office inventory, and handling customer phone calls.
Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Relevant Work Experience
Proficient in utilizing the Windows file-management platform, along with the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required. Required
Familiarity with the Work Management System, Customer Project Management System, and Project Center is preferred. Preferred

Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
Excellent organizational skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.

Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday
