Learning Tree International Microsoft Certified Trainer/Product Manager in Herndon, Virginia
Manage the research, implementation, support and onboarding of all Microsoft products. Work collaboratively with all Operating Units and Departments to ensure Microsoft products are meeting the needs of our customers. Support development of Microsoft product line roadmaps utilizing market, customer, and competitive information. Conduct market research as necessary to support the product line. Establish and maintain relationships with Microsoft.
Keep MCT status current through teaching Microsoft content on behalf of Learning Tree
Act as Global Partnership Manager responsible forrenewing our membership status, maintaining compliance, assigning roles and permissions, etc.
Develop, execute and manage project plans for the onboarding of all new and revised Microsoft courses and certifications in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Manage and follow up on all MOC Title Plan updates as needed.
Work collaboratively with PD Lab and lab hosters on course builds/GitHub Updates, etc.
Evaluate and determine the appropriate lab hosting environment for all courses.
Vett new and existing course content for both MOC and Community courseware.
Participate in Executive Review/Business Planning sessions.
Establish strategic relationship with Microsoft Learning Channel Manager.
Develop Go-to-Market strategies that position Microsoft products to drive sales demand.
Develop timely and popular webinar topics to support Microsoft products.
Arrange and participate in worldwide sales training for all Microsoft products and programs.
Be available to answer sales questions relating to Microsoft products/courses/certifications
Develop content and enhance existing content where needed
Maintain active communication with Learning Tree MCTs to ensure they are informed of new products or changes to existing products and share Microsoft/Learning Tree joint messaging
Provide guidance and direction to marketing staff in the development and presentation of marketing strategies and tactics that align with and support overall Microsoft product/program objectives.
Contribute to RFP responses involving Microsoft products as needed
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or other appropriate discipline; a Master’s degree in Business or related field desired.
Four or more years in a product/project management position demonstrating the ability to work independently and set priorities while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Microsoft Certified Trainer in good status.
Experience in partnering with Marketing and Sales in the development of Product positioning, go to market strategies and downstream communication vehicles and collateral.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
