About the Role:

Express Employment is seeking a highly motivated Plant Operator to join a company in Honolulu! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and controlling plant operations according to set procedures and protocols.
• Maintaining accurate records of plant operations, including equipment data and abnormal conditions.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks on various equipment throughout the plant.
• Completing assigned work orders based on priority and schedule.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

What You Will Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience working in an industrial setting. (Preferred)
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Preferred)
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and address operational inconsistencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to read and understand technical manuals, work orders, and mechanical drawings.
• The flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, holidays, and on-call duties.
