We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join and strengthen our team. Within this role you will manage multiple projects, ensuring these are delivered to the customers satisfaction, are well-planned, whilst ensuring the management of deliverables and the coordination of new projects are met.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Responsibility for monitoring and communicating project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery
Driving maximisation of project profitability through effective variation management
Ensuring that timely client and internal meetings are arranged
Responsible for reporting, driving, and controlling project-specific milestones and achievement to project budgets, with appropriate feedback to colleagues
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Dependent upon the level of experience, Mentoring, directing, motivating, and monitoring the performance of nominated Project Managers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
HND/Degree in engineering or business discipline and/or a project management qualification
Relevant experience within related industry ideally Oil and Gas
Experience in managing complex projects
Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment
Supplier/Customer management experience
Self-starter – self-motivated
Strong delegation skills
Results and target orientated – proven record
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both clients facing and internal
Solid time management and organisational skills
Manage in a fast-paced environment
Strong project financial skills
