The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to become part of the Operational Excellence team, and act as a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator . In your role, you will be responsible reform and improve the CI service offer ing and consolidate the best practices of the Continuous Improvement team . You would be expected to :
Provide support on the c oordinat ion and facilita tion of workshops involving global teams.
Work closely with cross - functional teams to build and d ocument business processes
Collaborate in the develop ment of the continuous improvement tools and help drive continuous improvement in the organization
Build various templates to standardize CI practices
Support the coordination of the CI Community of Practice across the organization
Support in the coordinat ion of the data collection, analy sis and performance tracking of indicators related to improvement projects
Monitor and track project plan progress of the improvement initiatives
Keep up to date performance indicators KPI
Our ideal candidate has :
Proficiency on the Office suite
Lean Six Sigma knowledge, an asset
Good communication , organized, curious with good synthesis and analysis skills
Planning and coordination skills
Problem-solving skills
Collaborative and interpersonal skills
A sense of responsibility and leadership
Agility , flexib ility and adapt quickly to change
Oral and written communication skills in French and English
Preferred E ducation
Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering , Operations Management or related field with at least 1 bachelor year completed
Location of the internship is Montreal , QC, Canada .
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode .
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years .
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 1 6 weeks.
