POSITION: Product Manager

DUTIES: Managing Digital Marketing Team Feedback and direct marketing campaigns Customer Service & Being The Voice Of The Customer Provide Market Intel & Trends Coordinate Tradeshows, Expos, and Events Setup retailers, sales orders, and invoices. Provide communication and news to public Manage social media Manage sales orders, invoices, etc on QuickBooks Manage orders and customers Working alongside the CEO, CFO, engineering, operations, and sales. This is a startup you will need to be versatile and ready to tackle lots of goals with limited resources. Great exposure to lots of great experience in the outdoor gear industry.

REQUIREMENTS: Product manager in an outdoor gear, startup company requires the following: Entrepreneurial- Problem solver at product and project levels. Loves People - Build relationships and interactions that are empowering and make a difference for others. You leave people feeling heard and not afraid to have conversations. Self-Starter - Motivated by seeing what s missing that would make a difference. Build Brands - Manages the relationships between us and retailers, brand ambassadors, and other outdoor gear companies. Outdoor Geek - Preferably in Overlanding, VanLife, and RV s.

WAGE: $18.00/hr + stock options

SHIFTS: 4x10 s. The first 3 weeks starting at 6 am so that you can assemble the product and learn about the company s culture from operations.
