This PM will manage the roadmap and ensure each product release is successful by fostering team collaboration, continuous improvement and representing the voice of the customer. You will take responsibility for what features are built, helping the cross-functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently driving to complete outcomes in multiple complex areas simultaneously. Requires guidance only in the most complex situations.

• Lead efforts to define and execute the roadmap for a more complex product or multiple workstreams across different areas

• Collaborate with engineering counterparts to create roadmaps based on capacity, come up with creative solutions to problems, and make joint commitments on deliverables

• Continuously work on execution of the roadmap to meet Parent Feature level commitments.

• Update management on progress toward commitments and escalate risks to the roadmap

• Proactively manage schedule to meet commitments, and escalate to management when additional guidance is needed.

• Define and Review Features, and User Stories that are functional and complete

• Provide guidance to other Product Managers on roadmap management and how to keep focus on commitments while shifting and changing in response to the environment

• Have frequent conversations with customers to understand their challenges and uncover problems to be solved. Can Lead Customer and Internal Advisory Boards and escalations

• Articulate the value of solutions and understand how this impacts UKG bottom line thru revenue, CSAT, etc.

• Understand internal and external business challenges and apply knowledge of this when building the roadmap

• Understand metrics critical to driving their area of the business and use these in decision making

• Expert at building business cases and evaluate product market fit

• Make decisions on priorities, investment and pricing recommendations for large complex area.

• Proactively Identifies complex cross-domain dependencies across multiple workstreams and/or other products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

8+ years

• Demonstrated experience in managing execution on complex product roadmap

• Flawless requirement definition and story writing skills

• Strong technical product understanding of concepts like APIs, Integration, Messaging, SaaS, and Cloud

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
