On site billing clerk, communicates with customers and line crew, processes new service applications, responds to outage calls, completes necessary reports, dispatches daily orders. •    To respond to requests and complaints promptly, courteously, and concisely. •    To execute, monitor, and review all billing of member accounts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of billing data. To provide accurate and complete billing reports to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable. •    Initiate emergency procedures to restore electrical service. Prioritize and assign outage response by calling out field crews. •    Generates monthly bills in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for the accuracy of the billing control records, rates applied to member's accounts, and the billing calculation. •    Prepare, schedule, run, and verify all billing and collection data. Work with Meridian to troubleshoot as necessary. •    Evaluates and resolves meter reading discrepancies. Reviews the hi-low report for any errors or rejects.
