The purpose of this job is to perform Quality Assurance activities at a site in line with Global driven Policies and Procedures.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Food Safety Programs, e.g. cleaning/sanitation, environment monitoring, GMP program, etc.

  • Responsible for the internal audit program and External audit Management (Clients, Gov't, etc.) Preparation, Scheduling, Attending, Completing Action items, etc.

  • Drive root causes analyses in collaboration with the departments from Operations and Quality Control. Including the f ollow up on implementation and verification of action plans.

  • Propose initiatives for Continuous Improvement in joint alignment with Operations using trend analysis, identifies problems and suggest solution.

  • Create and add local policies and procedures following local laws/regulations/requirements to Global Policies

  • May perform one or more of the following Categories of Quality Assurance Activities and may have additional tasks within each: Customer Questionnaires / Client Documents review, Training (may include site internal training / external training / new employee training / Local QC and Suppliers), and other related to their job.

    You bring

  • Bachelors in food science or chemical / biochemical sciences with 2-3 years related experience in food industry or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on-time.

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.

  • Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be thorough and attentive to details.
