CoStar is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager to lead the development and strategy of the mobile and tablet applications across iOS and Android. This position will serve as a liaison between the rest of the product team and the native development teams, to ensure feature parity across all devices is being delivered and production timelines are being met. Collaboration is critical to ensure a thorough understanding of new product features being introduced. This role will require rigorous prioritization of features with multiple product managers. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of the best practices for Apple and Android design systems and user experiences, while maintaining the design standards that align with the CoStar brand. The position will be accountable for the performance of mobile applications.

This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers the following hybrid schedule option:

• 4 days onsite, 1 days remote

Responsibilities

• Lead the product road map redesign of the CoStar app with a mobile first approach

• Work with tech and product designers to upgrade the UX/UI

• Need to ensure incorporate features that will include new international markets and allow for push notifications to proactively serve up data to customers in an easy to navigate and use format from their mobile device

• Lead user testing and gather feedback from customers on new features and enhancements to drive usage

• Collaborate across tech and product teams to ensure timely release and completion

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions

• 5+ years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps

• Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs

• Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

• Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows

• A track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• 8+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions

• 8+ years’ experience managing the development of digital content products for native iOS & Android apps

• Residential Real Estate domain knowledge

• Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
