Trinity Solar...recognized as a top 2022 Solar Contractor by Solar world.The Call Quality Assurance Specialist aims to identify common issues, improve customer experience, and help standardize communication processes between our employees and our customers. Roles & Responsibilities Identify calls to be reviewed using RingCentral platform. Report utilizing reports on dispositions, call durations, and other metrics. Utilize sentiment analysis. Inspect Salesforce records to ensure the proper updates were made on the customer record and align with what occurred on the call. Document each call reviewed by filling out a Microsoft form rating the call and providing detailed notes and feedback when needed. Compile call review data and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. Communication with the team and cross departmentally to problem solve. Ensure compliance to Trinity standards and help develop and enforce standards as necessary. Qualifications & Experience Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral) Detail-oriented and extremely organized to meet quotas Experience in a contact center or customer service space is preferred Service-minded with a longing to create continuous improvements Proven analytical skills Hands-on experience in quality assurance or similar area that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
